Contact details you submit through forms, such as your name, work email, company, and site URL. Usage data from this website for analytics and security. Content and credentials you provide for an engagement, handled under your signed agreement.

How we use it

To respond to your request, deliver and operate the service, secure the platform, and improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not show advertising.

Your keys and content

Model keys you provide are encrypted at rest, decrypted only in memory, and never logged. Your content and code remain yours; we push to the stack you control.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. EU residents have rights under the GDPR, including the right to erasure. Contact privacy@creogen.ai.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. We apply encryption, per-workspace isolation, and access controls.
