Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website and, together with your signed order form, the Creogen service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Creogen is an invite-only, service-led platform for page production, migration, discoverability, and an on-site assistant. Access is granted per engagement.

AI-generated content

The service produces AI-assisted drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. You retain ownership of your content.

Parity guarantee

Where a go-live completion service is purchased, parity is guaranteed only on content, URLs, redirects, schema, and forms, as set out in your order form. We do not guarantee search rankings or AI citations.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or generate harmful content. We may suspend access for misuse.

Liability

The service is provided as described in your agreement. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out there.
